Julian's Patisserie & Cafe specializes in custom buttercream cakes for weddings, birthdays baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, graduations, and other celebrations throughout Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Roseville, Sacramento, and surrounding communities.
Every cake is made to order using scratch-made cake layers, house-made fillings, and smooth buttercream finishes. Whether you're looking for an elegant wedding cake, a fun birthday cake, or a simple celebration cake, we'll work with you to create a design that fits your event. Start by reading through our Cake Book linked below. This is where you’ll find everything you need to customize your cake, including cake flavors, soaks, buttercream flavors, fillings, design options, sizing, and pricing.

Submit Your Cake Inquiry
Once you’ve made your selections, submit a Custom Cake Inquiry through our online ordering system using the link below. (Please note: The link will take you to our Folsom Online Ordering Page where you may need to scroll down to find the category labeled "Customizable Cake Inquiry"). You’ll be able to provide your cake details and customization choices directly through the inquiry form.

We’ll Review Your Inquiry
After your inquiry is submitted, we’ll review your selections and confirm availability. We’ll reach out if we have any questions or need to finalize additional details.

Complete Your Payment
Once your order details are finalized, we’ll send you an invoice to pay online. Your cake order is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Need a cake sooner?
If your event is 7 days away or less, please view our Made-to-Order Cake Collection instead. These cakes are baked fresh for your order and are available in a curated selection of predetermined flavors, sizes, and designs. You can find them here. Single Tier Cakes (6-inch round): Start at $84

Two Tier Cakes (6-inch & 8-inch rounds): Start at $196

Three Tier Cakes (6-inch, 8-inch & 10-inch rounds): Start at $364
Final pricing depends on design complexity and any additions like florals, toppers, or extra detail work.
*All of the designs pictured below are included in our standard pricing and do not incur any extra fees.*
We recommend submitting your order with at least two weeks' notice, subject to availability.
The photos below represent the style and quality of cakes we specialize in. We’re happy to make minor adjustments — such as changing the buttercream texture, swapping a ruffle style, or adjusting the layout — to match your vision. While we won’t replicate other artists’ work exactly, we’ll take your inspiration and craft something unique just for you.
