Service Description

Kick off the new year with a pastry class designed to teach beautiful, achievable skills you can use at home. You’ll learn to fill, glaze, and decorate a variety of desserts while exploring classic pastry techniques in a creative, hands-on setting. From piping perfect cream puffs to mastering a mirror glaze, you’ll leave with confidence, a box of sweets, and a few new tricks up your sleeve. Students will rotate through stations including, but not limited to: • Piping techniques and how to fill cream puffs or eclairs • Glazing and decorating tarts or mousse cakes • Assembling and garnishing individual plated-style desserts
