This year, homemade gifts are in, and here’s how you can give the best ones. In this hands-on class, you’ll fill a beautiful pastry box with an assortment of handmade holiday treats. We’ll guide you through creating and decorating each one, sharing simple techniques and presentation tips to make your gifts look and taste like they came straight from the bakery. You’ll rotate through stations to decorate: Peppermint chocolate tartlets Eggnog cream puffs Gingerbread cookies with royal icing Cranberry orange cupcakes topped with spiced buttercream All base items will be prepared ahead of time so you can focus on filling, decorating, and packaging your creations. Each guest will take home a completed pastry box ready to gift, along with recipe cards and inspiration for recreating these desserts at home.
